Well, Susie...My VDAY wish is that my sweetie will send me and my laptop to The Westin downtown and let me have a weekend of novel writing sometime this winter...That is my dream. I hope this dream also includes my mom coming up and watching the kids and him being able to have some free time too. I 'm nice like that.

My friend L paints empty picture frames and then staples thin fabric to the back, and uses them to hang her earrings on. She gave me one and I bought safety pins so I could hang my necklaces too. Are your shutters too big to acommodate your jewelry?

I can't believe your reference to They Might Be Giants. I remember listening to them in the back seat of my big sister's VW Rabbit on the way to the beach--good times.
